Tracy completed her undergraduate degree, in Honours Health Administration, at Wilfrid Laurier University, in 2019. Throughout her studies at Laurier, Tracy developed her interest in exercise and physical activity, along with nutrition. This occurred through experience opportunities at the YMCA and through her personal fitness journey. In 2021, Tracy completed the Exercise Science Graduate Program, at Niagara College. During this time, she was a placement student at Niagara Health and Rehab Centre where she worked with a variety of clients with different health conditions and goals.
Upon graduating from the Exercise Science graduate program, Tracy successfully passed both her theory and practical examinations to become a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Tracy is also a certified personal trainer through NASM, and a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
Tracy has over 12 years of experience as a competitive figure skater, and 3 years of experience as a physique competitor. Tracy has worked with competitive athletes, clients with injuries and special health considerations as well as lifestyle clients. She is passionate about helping others, while prioritizing their goals. She aims to teach balance, in regards to physical activity, nutrition and overall health, to all of her clients to help improve their overall quality of life.
