About Niagara Health & Rehab Centre

Niagara Health & Rehab Centre is a locally owned and operated, award-winning facility located in the heart of St. Catharines and serving all of the Niagara Region and beyond. Beginning in 2012 with just four practitioners, NHRC has grown over the past 10+ plus years to include 16 practitioners, all of whom are dedicated to providing our patients and clients the best care available. NHRC’s goal is to provide patients and clients with superior care, and, using up-to-date knowledge and practices, strive to ensure that patients get better and stay better.

By incorporating private treatment areas, state of the art technology, and an area for training and rehab in our 7000 square foot facility, NHRC is able to assess, treat, and rehabilitate virtually any musculoskeletal injury.  

Our multidisciplinary healthcare team offers over 20 services, including physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, acupuncture, concussion care and treatment, nutrition counseling, and personal training.

Backed by an administration team dedicated to making each patients’ visit as easy as possible, NHRC is a welcoming and comfortable clinic providing state-of-the-art rehabilitative care for patients of all demographics.
