Breanna grew up playing soccer at a young age and continued her sporting career throughout high school where she played soccer, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Playing sports all throughout her youth has led her to continue her academic journey at Brock University where she currently studies a Bachelor of Kinesiology.
Niagara Health and Rehab Centre is somewhere that caught Breanna’s attention as she felt as though it would provide her with preliminary knowledge of how the world of kinesiology and its subfields work in real time. She also hopes that working here may open new doors and help her develop additional interests in the field as she is navigating her own potential career within these practices.
She is particularly interested in sport injury prevention and care regarding athletic injuries, but also has a keen interest in rehabilitation for persons with neurological and developmental disabilities as well.
When she isn’t working, Breanna enjoys playing soccer, going out for dinners and trying new local restaurants, spending time with her friends, and watching Toronto Maple Leafs games with her family.
