Claire graduated from Brock University in 2022 with an Honours Degree Bachelor of
Kinesiology. She continued her studies at Niagara College where she obtained an honours
postgraduate diploma in Exercise Science for Health and Performance.

After graduating in April 2023, Claire passed her CSEP exam to become a Certified Exercise
Physiologist. Throughout post secondary, Claire excelled in her athletic career revolving around
the sport of curling, which extended to the national level at both Brock University and Niagara
College. She went on to win both the 2019 National USPORT silver medal, and again in 2023
she went on to win the CCCA National Silver Medal.

Claire has worked at a variety of places to prescribe exercise to people with different chronic
health conditions including spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s, cancer, intellectual disabilities, the
pediatric and geriatric population, brain injuries, and neurological disorders. In July 2023, Claire
worked with CSIO and Special Olympics to administer athletic testing on all of the Canadian
World Game athletes headed to Berlin.

Claire has a very special interest when it comes to rehabilitation through exercise, and believes
it is a powerful tool to increase independence, ease activities of daily living, and improve the
overall quality of life for individuals.

In her free time, Claire enjoys playing/watching sports, caring for animals, and spending time
outdoors hiking and paddle boarding.

Claire will be working with Candice as our newest PTA (physiotherapy assistant) to provide you
with the best care possible!
