Pain is not a lifestyle. You don’t need to live with that pinched nerve in your neck, or constant headaches, aches and pains in your low back or the soreness between your shoulder blades. Healing is most effective when your mind, body, and soul are all in harmony. Medication alone is not the path to optimal health and wellness. If we improve our movement patterns, increase our mobility, and strengthen our bodies, we can protect ourselves from many of the body’s ailments.
