Riddhi is a dedicated physiotherapist, with an academic background including a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Fitness Science (MFSc) from York University. Following her time at York University, Riddhi relocated to the UK where she earned a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton.
Before relocating to the UK, Riddhi gained valuable experience working as an exercise physiologist in Toronto. In this role, Riddhi worked with cardiac rehabilitation patients and conducted occupational health testing for firefighters, Riddhi went on to practice as a physiotherapist in the UK for approximately two years, where she had the opportunity to treat individuals across various age groups with both acute and chronic conditions. Riddhi also has experience working with patients who require rehabilitation due
to Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs). Riddhi’s passion lies in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives through rehabilitation, empowering them to overcome pain, increase strength/flexibility, and enhance overall health and wellbeing.
In her free time, Riddhi enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and traveling. So far, she’s had the opportunity to visit twenty countries. She enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy work-life balance by playing badminton and ultimate frisbee, as well as hiking.
