Virginia grew up in the Muskokas, moving to Niagara after highschool to pursue a degree that blended her interests in disability studies and health promotion. Following her studies, she has worked in a variety of sectors spanning from community engagement and event planning for non-profit groups, to health office administration, and professional fundraising for some of Canada’s most respected Children’s charities.
At NHRC, Virginia is passionate about connecting with patients from their very first interaction at the clinic. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help when dealing with a new or nagging injury – and – just how important it is to find the right team to entrust with that care. Virginia aims to take the uncertainty out of those first steps, while also ensuring that clients feel supported along their path to progress, too! Virginia works collaboratively within our clinical and administrative team to provide a smooth, efficient and welcoming experience for all.
Away from the clinic, Virginia loves spending time at the beach to swim and kyak, enjoys hanging out with family and friends, and will often happily curl up with a non-fiction book, too!
