Group Fitness Classes
Our Saturday Sweat Group Fitness Class is a circuit-style total body workout utilizing fundamental movements to educate, strengthen, and build confidence in a gym environment. This class is designed using various equipment, low to moderate resistance, and high repetition to master fundamental exercises while gaining strength and building muscle. People of all fitness levels can join as there will be options for each exercise to cater to your level of experience and difficulty. Meet like-minded people within the health and fitness community and leave feeling one step closer to your health and wellness goals!
Description:
- Led by certified Personal Trainer, Daniela Jenkins
- 45-minute full-body workout
- Circuit-style workout with stations. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds before switching to the next station
- Regressions will be provided for each exercise for participants to choose from
- The class consists of a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down
- Currently running weekly on Saturday mornings, at NHRC!
- Cost: Drop-in rate: $18.00 + HST, or purchase a 12-pack of classes for $168.00 + HST
