Group Fitness Reinvented 

Our unique approach to group fitness is built around a results oriented fitness philosophy.  We want to take you out of your comfort zone and take the guess work out of your fitness routine.  What sets us apart from other fitness studios is our structured group fitness programming that combines safe and effective strength training with high intensity cardio challenging intervals and core stability. Our small class approach allows us to keep an eye on everyone and make sure exercises are executed correctly. This ensures better results and a lower occurrence of injury . Here is how we do it:

Strength

TRX Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes body weight exercises in which a variety of exercise movements can be performed. Originally developed in the US military, this unique equipment combines strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Using your body weight as the resistance allows you to adjust your level of difficulty on the fly without having to add or subtract and weights.  The TRX system is great for all fitness levels.

Cardio 

Our cardio based exercises are designed to elevate your heart rate for a short period of time at a relatively high intensity . This form of exercise has been shown to help with increasing metabolic function and  weight loss. We have several pieces of equipment that allow us to utilize a variety of exercises with a similar outcome.

Core stability 

A balanced core stability program utilizes a symmetrical approach to challenging the muscles of the trunk. We use a format that allows us to work these much needed muscles in a way that will help you not only achieve your fitness goals but also help decrease the potential for future injury.
